Summer Weights start June 3.

Students 6th-12th grade have the opportunity to take part in our Summer Weights program. All athletes should check-in at the high school by the weight room.

The schedule is:

  • 6:00 AM: HS boys (9-12)

  • 7:00 AM: HS girls (9-12)/JH girls (7&8)

  • 8:00 AM: JH boys (7&8)/ All 6th graders (boys and girls)
